Manly DT Card

This week on SSDS I was out of my comfort zone again to create a manly card,  this isnt really my forte but I think im getting better with more practice and some more male themed embelishments in my stash.  This week we are sponsored by the Fabulous Bugaboo and I chose Gus Fish Whisperer as I have some fishing fanatics in my family.  I used a 8 x 8 card for this make and did a Matt and layering with First Edition New Leaf papers and Chocolate Bazzil card stock,  I finished the card off with a border Punch for Marth Stewart called Woodland Branch and some simple Bakers twine in Licorice and a Craftworks card circle greeting finished with a Mini Brad.

A Little bit Red

Well this was a challenge and a half to create something all red,  also something for a Man which Im not that great at doing,  I always get stuck for embelishments for blokes its so hard to make them look half decent.

anyway I used some Dark red papers, a Kenny K image called Cool Dude, a Mariannes Ribbon border die and some Stars I cut with my Cricut. I added some Faux Stitching on the image and one star.
